Lovely self-contained dwelling with own entrance, all on ground level, situated in pretty Kent village. One bedroom with king size bed & TV, shower room, fully fitted kitchen, comfortable lounge (with TV) and dining area (open plan). Secure parking for one vehicle behind electric gates. Exclusive use of two patios, front and rear, with patio furniture. Babe in arms welcome; bassinet available. Sorry no pets. Local pub situated by village green a 3 mins walk. Local cafe & farm shop 5 mins walk.

Cosy cottage in picturesque park like setting

This is a self contained small cottage in the grounds of our home. It is finished to a high spec with all modern fixtures. There is a private decking area, overlooking our private woodland and private car park for 2 cars. It is all on one level, apart from one small step from the kitchen into the lounge. It has fully climate controlled heating & fully fitted kitchen. There are 2 TVs with Freeview plus a DVD player in the lounge (and a selection of DVD’s), separate DAB radio and fast broadband.

The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.
