Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
