The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.

This 80 m2 beautiful apartment is located in an oasis, in the middle of agricultural land, with rich bird and animal life. When the sun goes down, there is ample opportunity to study the night sky.
