Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Welcome to The Hyde, our beautiful Shepherd's hut is waiting for you, with stunning views over the countryside, you'll have deer, pheasants, hares, kites, buzzards to name a few on your doorstep. Being a working small holding you are welcome to come and see our sheep, lambs and horses, you will be greeted with fresh eggs from our chicken and honey from our bees. The Hyde is fitted with modern facilities, a BBQ area, where you can sit back and relax there are wonderful walks, and local pubs.

Rosemary Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed 17th-century Cotswold stone cottage in the heart of Bibury, “the most beautiful village in England.” Just a 2-min walk to Arlington Row and close to the tranquil River Coln, it blends original features like exposed beams with modern comforts. Ideally situated for wedding venues, countryside walks and with the Swan Inn pub less than 5 min walk - it’s the perfect countryside retreat.

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Foxglove Studio

Lovely hideaway for the discerning guest - visitors to Downton Abbey, accommodation for local shoots or simply a base for those who wish to enjoy the wide array of local walks. The studio also lends itself to anyone who wishes to pitch a tent outside and enjoy a camp fire in the wood as the evening sun sets. Summer bookings June-September weekends two night minimum.
