Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. Close to Hamburg!

Beautiful two-room apartment at the gates of Hamburg. By public transport you can reach the city center of Hamburg in about 1/2. A bus stop is right outside. Halstenbek train station with free P+R parking is about 3 minutes away by car. The airport can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Free parking for guests is right on the side street. We are welcome to park at our place for unloading and inviting.

The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.

We are very pleased with the room and the area has grocery stores within walking distance in a beautiful area of Germany, which is easy to access with public transit to downtown and the Harbor. No need to rent a car at this location. Public transit is great from here.

Stefan's apartment is really great for a visit to Hamburg, especially because of the train station right in front of the door and yet quietly located. The S-Bahn trains run every 10 minutes, you can be in the city in 20 minutes and a day ticket costs just under 8 EUR. Shopping and free parking directly around the house. Stefan received me personally, was very flexible and is incredibly friendly and attentive. The apartment itself is also very spacious, sparkling clean, well thought out and really equipped with everything you could need. The nice balcony facing the greenery is a particular plus. Highly recommended; I'd love to come back.

Great! Gerlinde is really super friendly, was always available. The accommodation booked with Gerlinde was a dream for little money. Tip: half an hour by public transport to Hamburg Landungsbrücken, bus stop Gorch-Fock-Straße ;) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

This is a beautiful house with large garden located in a nice neighborhood. We received a detailed guide of each item and section of the house, It has everything: iron, heating, hot water, comfortable armchairs, etc. I can assure it is much better than photos. The communication was very fluid, we always received support at anytime. So, Highly recommended!
