Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. The bright, sunny attic apartment with two rooms has a nice atmosphere. Through the separate entrance from the staircase you enter the anteroom, from which room 1 and room 2 and the bathroom open. Room 1 has two windows (south and west) and a beautiful view of the countryside. Room 2 has two beautiful wooden beds. The floorboards, which are only partially covered with carpet, create a warm and quiet feeling of space.

Close to Hamburg!

Beautiful two-room apartment at the gates of Hamburg. By public transport you can reach the city center of Hamburg in about 1/2. A bus stop is right outside. Halstenbek train station with free P+R parking is about 3 minutes away by car. The airport can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Free parking for guests is right on the side street. We are welcome to park at our place for unloading and inviting.

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
