Gorgeous house in a beautiful village - very well equipped and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay here. It is a compact place, modern, well presented set in a beautiful garden. There is a short distance to carry belongings from the car and the kitchen has basic things for cooking. Amanda has two lovely dogs, who are very friendly and she was super helpful, coming to my rescue when I found a tick bite.

Fiona is a really excellent host, so friendly and welcoming. She even sent back to us via the post some things we left behind, which was so kind. It was really sweet, charming decor (Fiona clearly has excellent taste) and 2 great sized double beds. Surrounding countryside was lovely with lots of great walks from the house. It’s all on one level (the only stairs are to go up to the entrance) so worked well with us and our 2 small children. The only watch out I would have are the beams in the kitchen are quite low so one to be aware of if you are tall. Definitely one we would come back to again

We had a very enjoyable time at Little Rectory. Linda was extremely helpful, including pointing out a short cut to the local pub. The cottage was very cosy and exactly what we had expected from the description. Thank you Linda
