Cottage on beach property with secluded location in deciduous forest landscape. Perfect for morning swims and sauna baths, boat and canoe trips. Good fishing with fishing rights and in the autumn mushrooms and berries. Barbecue, life jackets, canoe and boat available. The south location provides many hours of sun both morning and evening. With 15 minutes drive to Landvetter airport and to shopping center as well as 25 minutes to Gothenburg. Beautiful walking paths and a lake system of 1.5 miles containing two uninhabited islands.

During the summer months there is a rowing boat and a canoe at your own jetty as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the jetty. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A cozy home close to blueberries, the mushroom forest, swimming and Gothenburg. The home is integrated into our house, but completely protected from us, you have your own entrance and terrace. The apartment is completely renovated in the spring of 2023. You will conveniently park your car just outside the property. Good communication to Gothenburg but bus. There is a bed that is 140 cm wide, and a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide.
