Waterfront holiday rentals in Halifax

Very nice place to stay. The view from the back yard is priceless and is very relaxing .She has everything there to make for a nice evening outside ,patio lights, firepit ,lite up dock and picnic table right on the water. Inside is very clean and cozy and is not lacking for anything that you might need .This is not a place that you want to make any excessive noise as there is another residence right above you.

Was exactly what we wanted, outside of the hub bub but close enough to the city to do everything we wanted to do.

Great location for our stay. Apartment was clean and spacious with most comfortable beds. Jin was easy to contact and responded to requests quickly. The lake was a bonus with dock for swimming and plenty of outside seating. We would definitely recommend for an enjoyable stay in Dartmouth!

Jordan was very helpful when I asked questions. The place was unique, very clean, and had great views of Peggy's Cove. Jordan also provided good suggestions for local places you could drive to for eat or activities. Peggy's Cove is a cute and quiet spot.

This was a lovely place to have a relaxing and peaceful getaway! The house was spotless, one of the cleanest places I've stayed at! The view of the lake was beautiful and it was lovely to have the option to use the kayaks and paddle boards! The chickens were great to watch and you couldn't hear them inside the property at all! I would recommend Victoria's Air bnb to anyone in the area! I look forward to staying here again in the future!

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

We had such a wonderful stay. The property is so beautifully landscaped by Bruce and Leesa. You can see the love and care they put into it. The inside was no exception. It felt warm and inviting. Leesa and Bruce are wonderful people. Very friendly and put us at ease right away. Really really nice couple. Don't think twice about booking this place. You will not be disappointed. We will be coming back and will book Leesa and Bruce's place without a question. Thanks for making us feel so welcomed.

Really the perfect house for a holiday. Great reception and lots of small details. The house is in a dream location, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped. There's really nothing missing here. Super nice host with great tips and very good accessibility. If we come back to Nova Scotia, we will definitely book the Secret Beach House again. Dear Courtenay, thank you so much for everything. We had a wonderful stay on Chocolate Lake at Hiromi's property. We loved waking up each morning and having tea and coffee whilst looking out over the lake. The property is very stylishly designed and comfortable, and a perfect place from which to explore Halifax, Peggy's Cove and Lunenberg. We were unable to figure out the automatic blinds and lights as the tablet apps were not working. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay!

We enjoyed staying at Robert's fabulously decorated home. It is a unique home in a beautiful setting; it's not often we get to stay in a home with exotic birds, friendly ducks, and a dinosaur room. And Robert is an excellent host. It's a great location for seeing the area - many attractions within a 1-2 hour drive. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Nova Scotia.

We of 4 women going on a trip to NFLD and Evens home was our 2nd stop. WOW, what at beautiful place to stay. Both back and front can be seen with water and beautiful trees. This home was very clean and cozy. Peggy’s Cove is 10 minutes away and not far to see the Bluenose, with to see both. Would highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay here. Great location for getting to different places. Beds were super comfortable. Nice front porch to sit and relax in the evening. Owners live on the property so you will pass by eachother, they are really friendly.

Perfect little spot for our needs. Right in the heart of Chester, we were able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Ron's place was spotless clean and had everything we needed.

It was a place like more than a home. Feeling of residing in a resort. We liked very much. In future when ever we plan to visit this side we will see that we come and relax in the place

Wonderful spot. Well appointed and a bonus my small little four legged friend could join us. The view and new oceanside deck were spectacular. My only wish was that we could have had great weather. Mother nature wasn't on our side. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Cheers! Nicole
