Roomy Penthouse in Entertainment and Conference District

To be very clear, this is a different category of Penthouse than anything else you might see listed in Halifax. At 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room, large lounging area and at 3800 square feet this is the biggest and most luxurious apartment you will find. This truly is the perfect downtown location. With this luxury comes responsibility there is zero tolerance for noise so no parties. More picture to come! This open-concept, studio-like apartment is right downtown Halifax, minutes away from Spring Garden Road, the IWK, and very close to Quinpool Rd, another major Halifax hot spot. It comes with a parking spot, which is difficult to find in the city, and most things are walkable from there. High quality cotton sheets, beautifully renovated and designed, this apartment is a hidden little nook of relaxation in the heart of the city with loads of history (it used to be a maternity ward).
