A beautiful open plan living space, high end bathroom, all rustically finished . 400sq ft-this is slightly larger than a ‘tiny home’, however minimal space 4 storage/luggage ,also note 5.10 ceiling in bedroom area

The Bear’s Den treehouse lodging.

Nestled in the woods, accessible year round. Very private & quiet. No hunting on this property but enjoy great fishing. Pizza & burger take-out just 10 min away. Lots of water close by for kayaking/canoeing. ATV trails just a few km away. Firewood supplied. Please bring your own drinking / wash water. Pets welcome, but Not on the furniture unless you’ve brought a cover. Never leave pets unattended. No running water. Outhouse/toilet facility. Bring your own disposable propane tank if BBQ’ing.

The Shore Shack

Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Discover the cozy cottages on sucker lake that offer a quiet place to relax and do some fishing wether its through the ice or from a boat when weather allows! Cottages have a nice southern exposure in the summer! Cottages are just down the road from big mush mush lake which has a public beach area and also sweet land beach is located a bit further down the road! We have lots of wildlife to see from a local beaver to bald eagles and cows grazing on the farm across the lake!

Kitchenette and bathroom are separate space, off the main house with its own entrance and private. Not suitable/ mobility issues Peddle into the cove for a closer look at nature. Star gaze and sit by the campfire at night. Hike Gaff Point or walk the oceans shores of over ten beaches on the South Shore!
