great stay! The host worked to arrange a meeting time based on my arrival schedule and was there to great me when I got there. She pointed out all that was needed have a great stay. The place was cozy and has character. Felt like I was staying at a relatives place, part of the reason I prefer airbnb over hotels is that each stay can remind you of a past family/friend's place you stayed at. After a hectic week in England attending four football matches in three different cities and visiting a fourth city, it was a welcome opportunity to relax in Marita's charming farm house. We were there for three nights and four days and only saw one other person and that was when we were leaving. The house was a few kilometers away from our intended destination, but it was just a short drive away. You trade access to stores and shops for peaceful serenity. Lots of space inside and out. There was a nice big screen television but no access to any channels but it was definitely not a problem. A wifi connection gave us everything we needed. Would stay there again for sure.

Nice and cozy, small house centrally located, yet secluded in Strømstad. Mathias was a really nice host who was concerned that we had what we needed to thrive. We stayed at the house for two nights and had a great stay. Would love to come again in the future😊

We enjoyed our stay at Liv Irene's beautiful home. It is such a cosy home with a beautiful garden and everything was very clean. The chickens and duck were so much fun to look at for our children and there are many beautiful spots to visit in the surroundings. Only downside was that many streets in the area are narrow without sidewalks so we felt most comfortable taking the car to get around since we had children with us.

We had a very good time at the apartment. It is modern en comfortable. Loads of space and a 10min walk to the supermarket. Would absolutely recommend!

Incredibly great apartment in a quiet neighborhood right by Fredrikstadmarka and within walking distance to the city center. Here you live close to everything but at the same time quiet and secluded. Great 2 bedroom apartment with a nice patio. Here it was much nicer than the pictures express:-) Big plus for a very nice and welcoming host; highly recommend Lars and the apartment!

Very happy with the stay! Cozy and warm reception upon arrival of Lise and the dog. 😊 After closer to a week on a camping trip, it was an absolutely lovely end to the trip to be able to take a good hot shower and sleep in a bed, couldn't be better! 😁👍🏼

I had a wonderful stay at Kenneth and Heidi's place! The apartment itself is lovely and the view is so beautiful. Kenneth and Heidi were also very responsive and helpful. If you are ever find yourself in Strömstad you should try to stay here!
