Brand new annex is rented. The annex consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and a small living room with sofa and TV. The annex is centrally located on Kråkerøy. About 5 minutes by car from the city center and 20 minutes by foot. From the home it is a short walk down to Isegran. From here you can take the city ferry for free to the old town, the city center, worst and Gressvik. The apartment is located in a scenic area with a short distance both to the city and the forest. It is a 3 min drive to grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy. (walking distance 15-20 min). At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The guest bed can be turned out on the floor and is 90x200cm. Choose between an electric inflatable mattress or a camp bed. Kitchen with most of the equipment. Shower cubicle in the bathroom. Large south-facing terrace with pavilion and outdoor furniture. Nice place at a nice price.

Close to the city center, quiet surroundings

Downtown apartment in quiet surroundings. Newly redecorated. White goods, spacious, free parking and made beds. The apartment is located on the ground floor with another apartment above , so can hear them on the 2nd floor walking on the floor but do not hear voices ,if the living room door closed . So no sound is not completely dense.
