Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Fresh air, good nature right outside the door, dream garden and open living rooms both inside and outside. Take a breath in the ground in our house on the blueberry top in Varteig. Varteig has many great hiking trails to offer, swimming at Glomma (within walking distance), berry picking, proximity to Rudskogen and central road to both Rakkestad, Sarpsborg city centre and Sweden (both Nordby and Töcksfors).

Newly built small house, about 50 sqm, on two floors. Centrally located about 10 minutes' walk to Kosterbåtarna. Close to everything. In the house, there is a 140 cm bed and a 105 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide. Duvets and pillows are included, but not bed sheets or towels. It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.
