Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Im ruhigen Dorfkern von Haiming haben wir im - 1. Stock! - unseres großen, älteren Hauses 3 Schlafzimmer 1 Esszimmer 1Küche 1 Bad 1 WC freundlich eingerichtet. Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw. Bus (zu Fuß ca.12 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar. Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region sind hervorragend angebunden. Bauernladen und Bäcker sind um´s Eck 5 min Fußweg zu BILLA, Post, Apotheke und Fleischer im Dorf.
