We had a fantastic experience here! Ulrike and Paul were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, with a train station just a short walk away, making it easy to get to Stockholm, Upsala and the Airport. The supermarket also wasn't too far off, which was just a quick trip for any essentials we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the nature reserve within walking distance. It was a great experience for our child, who loved exploring the outdoors and observing the farm animals. The only downside was the very small bathroom, with the toilet being somewhat in the way of the shower and sink. However, this did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay. Overall, we highly recommend this garden house for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. We can't wait to return!

I rented out the room at Magnolia for about 2 months, after having to suddenly and unexpectedly move out from my previous airbnb. Despite the grand rise in price from my previous place, this room was DEFINITELY worth the price. You get your own whole personal apartment with necessary amenities, and it gets cleaned once a week. It is perfect. Private, quiet, and in easy access to local public transport. Kind and responsive staff, that made me feel both at home, but also comfortable in my solitude. The perfect place to stay. Would definitely come back.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared—fresh towels, comfy bedding. The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We slept like babies. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the outdoor space was a lovely bonus for morning coffee or evening wine and even to bbq some food! Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home. Check-in was a breeze, and we truly appreciated the personal touches and clear communication throughout our stay. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway!
