Located on the entrance floor as part of a residential building with the possibility of parking right outside the door. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed along with a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a lovely stay. Code lock for door for easy access. This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
