Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Newly renovated, fully equipped, detached guest house in quiet residential area, with good parking possibilities. Good transport with 10 minutes walk to the metro. Solvalla, Bromma Blocks, Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena are easily reached by car in 10 minutes. 30 minutes drive to Arlanda, also easy to get by airport bus to Kista, from there bus a station.
