Tiny house with charm

Stylish barrier-free tiny house with view of the countryside. It is located on a quiet side street with ample parking. Super comfortable bed (160 × 200). Large TV (Netflix, Prime), Wi-Fi available, fully equipped open kitchen with round table and two seats. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle available. Bathroom with walk-in spacious rain shower. Towels and a hairdryer will be provided. An outdoor area with seating and barbecue area is available.

Located directly on the Weser and thus an unrestricted view of the water and the busy shipping traffic. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathtub and one with two single beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The cozy underfloor heating or the cooling air conditioning are just two of the many amenities. The large living and dining area is flooded with light and has two outdoor areas. The view of the Weser is simply unique.

Forest house in the nature reserve

Here you slow down already on the way to the property, because our forest house will welcome you with wonderful silence, the freshness of the forest, the scent of pine trees, sunny resting and lying places and a large but well-kept natural garden. Sheltered in a peaceful village location, the property borders directly to the north on an extensive nature reserve with shady mixed and coniferous forest, streams, meadow paths and enchanted moors.

The large apartment impresses not only with its beautiful location, but also with its spacious design. The open-plan living area houses the new kitchen. From here you can reach the large terrace and the garden with old fruit trees and wonderful views of the meadows.

Hier können Sie wandern, die Seele baumeln lassen und den Hund im 400m entfernten Hunde-See planschen lassen. Alles fürs tägliche Leben gibt's in 3,5 km Entfernung. Ein Ausflug zum nächsten Hundestrand in Cuxhaven ist 75 km entfernt. In der Bremer Innenstadt sind Sie in 30 min.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.
