Tanner Farm Coach House was perfect for a longish stay in-between house moves. The super-fast broadband was brilliant for work, which is an essential for me, & on top Christina was also really welcoming and friendly, & has a lovely, caring and fun approach to life in general & to her airbnb guests in particular. The accommodation is quality and the setting on the farm is very charming. Loved it ! 100% recommend.

The cottage was everything advertised and more! Jim and Caroline were extremely attentive and provided some lovely touches for our arrival. We ate at the hotel in the village ( 5 minute stroll) and went into London from Borough Green ( 3 minute drive) it was a perfect base for getting around the wonderful Kent countryside and it certainly lives up to it cosy cottage name. We will be back … 5 stars

We had a brilliant stay at Court Lane Farm, set in a beautiful location and very peaceful, there has also been no expense spared in the lodge. The hot tub was an added bonus and the views from inside were stunning. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and shops are a few minutes away which was great for anything you may need. The only small detail we would note is that if you have a very active dog that is prone to chasing wildlife, you're unable to let them off due to the fencing around the property not being fully secure - something which we clarified with the owner who also gave us a very prompt response. However the field is big enough to walk your dog around on lead and there are plenty of lovely local walks to take them on to tire them out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and it was fantastic! The space was lovely and light and the bedroom was the perfect peaceful place to sleep before the big day. Simon was incredibly accommodating with all of our requests and always on hand for any questions - couldn’t recommend more! Thank you so much again
