Unser "Klabuni" ist seit 1960 in Familienbesitz und wurde 2021 komplett neu aufgebaut. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen und genießen.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Nyd det simple liv i et skønt og hyggeligt træhus i den gamle del af Flovt Strand, 350 meter fra østkystens bedste badestrand! Huset indeholder en hyggelig stue med brændeovn og dejlig spiseplads i forbindelse med åbent køkken. Udenfor bliver man mødt af en idyllisk lukket have med solrig træterrasse og udendørs pejs. Efter en skøn tur på stranden, er der mulighed for at sætte sig tilrette foran en hyggelig brændeovn. I den frodige have befinder sig et 10 m2 orangeri.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

Hejsager Strand - sommerhus

Dejligt lille sommerhus ved Hejsager Strand udlejes. Sommerhuset består af 3 soverum med i alt 7 sovepladser + 1 babyseng (en dobbeltseng, en seng 140 cm bred + køje, en køjeseng 70 cm bred) , køkken/stue og badeværelse. Sommerhuset ligger på lukket vej ca. 400 meter fra stranden. Sommerhuset er til max 4 voksne og 3 børn + baby. Sommerhuset har: Wifi Smart TV Opvaskemaskine gasgrill vaskemaskine Tørretumbler Pilleovn Husdyr og rygning ikke tilladt.

Helle, gemütliche 60 qm Wohnung für zwei Personen mit Wintergarten und separatem Eingang. Vom roten Sofa im Wohnzimmer und der Holzterasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser. Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sind ein großer lichter Bereich. Vom Wohnzimmer führt eine Doppelglastür auf eine große Holzterrasse. Hier gibt es im Sommer die Möglichkeit zu grillen oder die Abende vor einer Feuerschale zu verbringen.
