Homely townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. In the historic and cozy Lille Klingbjerg area, this newly renovated apartment is located. Bright and spacious and overlooking a cozy green backyard. The apartment has its own private courtyard. The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian zone and the center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not allowed to throw a party in the apartment.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Lovely little cottage at Hejsager Strand for rent. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds + 1 baby bed (one double bed, one bed 140 cm wide + bunk bed, one bunk bed 70 cm wide), kitchen/living room and bathroom. The cottage is located on a closed road about 400 meters from the beach. The cottage is for max 4 adults and 3 children + baby. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
