This holiday house was with sustainable materials and is well isolated. The property covers 1800 square meters and offers a lot of privacy. The house is surrounded by a large terrace made out of hardwood, which is located 80 centimeters above the ground level so you have a beautiful view over the lake and there is always a windless place to enjoy the sun. There is also a boat available and a private pier with a matching table and sofa where one can relax and enjoy a sunset or try to catch fish.

A green garden with 3 old trees make sure you'll have a peaceful and sunny stay. Public transport is 1 block away, as well as nice restaurants and shops, with boat rental only 2 blocks away. Heemstede won the price of being the nicest shopping street of the country!

De woonboot ligt in het Spaarne en op de grens van de stad Haarlem en de natuur. Je vaart of fietst in 15 minuten naar het centrum van Haarlem. En heb je zin in een wandeling, dan wandel je zo de deur uit en heerlijk door de Hekslootpolder. Voor kinderen staat er een trampoline in de tuin, daarnaast is er een basketbalstandaard, een stuntstep, een kano en een plank, die je mag pakken om het water op te gaan.

This former oil tank is on a hidden island 15 minutes drive from Amsterdam. You can only reach it by boat. You will get an electrical boat from us. The house has been fully renovated and decorated in 2018. It is now a very cute and idyllic house.
