In this comfortably renovated former garage next to our house, you can comfortably come home after a long walk or a day of shopping in Haarlem. Amsterdam is also close by. Enjoy a weekend getaway close to the beach and dunes. By bike you can reach the beach in less than half an hour and in National Park Kennemerduinen you can spend hours hiking and cycling. Swimming in the sea or in the dune lake is also wonderful! At the studio you can rent a men's bike and a women's bike for €7.50 per bike per day.

Het huisje biedt een intieme, eenvoudige en rustgevende retraite voor 2 personen. Gelegen aan open water in het uitgebreide recreatiegebied Spaarnwoude. Op nog geen 30 min. met de auto of trein van het centrum van Amsterdam en het strand. In het historische Haarlem ben je zelfs binnen 10 min. met de auto. Om de hoek ligt het schilderachtige Spaarndam voor een hapje en een drankje. Op nog geen 10 min. lopen is er ook een zwemmeertje. Geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers.

Highway access 2 minutes away, free parking, close to Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem (30 min) and beaches in Katwijk and Noordwijk (20 min). Nearest shops / supermarkets are in Nieuw Vennep (Hoogvliet or Jumbo, 5 minutes). Ideal position for cycling routes to the green hart and the coast. Due to renovation, sauna is unavailable until mei 2024.

Beautiful garden suite with free parking

I am proud and happy to rent a 2-person garden suite in my country house separate from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renovated in Dec 2022). There is free parking on the property and there is a private terrace. The Heemstede Aerdenhout station is across the street where you can rent bicycles (max. 20 minutes cycling to Zandvoort, 10 min cycling to Haarlem!). 23 min by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

The Garden Cabin. Very cosy!

The little wooden garden cabin is very cosy. You have an own entrance through the garden of the hosts. There is one living/bedroom (the bed is also a couch but is very comfortable and sleeps really well, 140cm) and there is a luxury bathroom. (Only) The first morning a small complementary breakfast is included. Host is not always at the property but will communicate about this in advance. Coffee and Tea is complementary and also the fridge is filled with drinks.
