Området egner sig rigtig godt til cykel- eller vandreture i den smukke sydfynske natur. Indkøbsmuligheder er inden for kort afstand i bil. Købstadsstemning og gode restauranter findes i både Assens og Faaborg, der begge ligger ca. 17 km væk.
