Holiday rentals with lake access in Gyldenpris

Our family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful views. Jan-Fredrik and Margrethe were lovely hosts, who also gave us a heads up about a holiday during our stay with potential restaurant and store closures so that we could prepare. Thank you again for having us!

It's close to airport, quite place

Great location for this beautiful house, perfectly as described and as shown in the photos. Anders was very friendly, proactive and responsive by messaging. Small touches were waiting for us upon arrival, and the living room was very nicely decorated for Christmas. The 40-degree Jacuzzi facing the fjord is a must! Only one slight downside on the cleanliness of the kitchen which was good but not impeccable. A very nice place to recommend without hesitation. Thanks again for a wonderful Christmas in Bergen.

Beautiful log home and a wonderful Nordic experience staying in one of the most picturesque and beautiful place just outside Bergen! The house is well equipped, and has everything you need to make you feel at home .. our family loved the experience and will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Definitely one of my most beautiful rented homes on Airbnb. The house is decorated with care, feet in the water, calm, kindness of Torstein and Ida. We are the opposite of the anonymous key boxes that are multiplying everywhere. I would recommend it 100%

Beautiful spot with small private beach! Excellent views of the water from all rooms. Private and quite, great for the kids and a good spot for excursions to bergen and the fjords

Spacious house with great views

We spent a weekend at the apartment and felt very comfortable there :) The flat was very clean, the interior very cozy and the kitchen had everything you might need. In the bedrooms the blinds make it very dark at night, which is very helpful in the summer. We also really appreciated the calm surroundings, perfect for hiking!

What a fabulous central location. Apartment exactly as described…really comfortable and cosy. We slept really well. Good WiFi and well stocked with books & games. We mostly ate out but kitchen is well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

The communication with Olga was great. All instructions for check-in and parking were clearly communicated. The apartment was also as described. Beautiful view and a little off the beaten track. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre.

Very friendly and fluid communication with Glenn, always available. Very well-equipped accommodation with an incredible view of the fjord. Glenn provided us with a canoe. A great stay.

Nice quiet place by the water.

Ok: if you're into resting & doing some work at a peaceful location then this is it! Cozy, warm, everything works. (If you're there to have a party, then stay far far away from it - the place is calm and peaceful and doesn't need you turning on your lousy, cheap JBL and howling towards the mountains "how amazing you are for existing" ) Anyhow :D , it's one of the pearls of planet: no tourism - just natural beauty and being. If you haven't had a farm-/summerhouse, you might be a bit "stuck up", how everything isn't entirely spot clean or new, but for humans, it's a sincere, cozy place that has been treated with respect - and you should too ! ;) I'll bring my stingy attitude (because I really enjoyed it and wish it lasted for decades) a bit more down and say: go and have a great time! It's a real experience (especially if you're from a flat land)! :)

We had a great stay despite the rain, the house was lovely and cosy. The boys loved being near the fjord and beach. The sauna unexpected extra. Sverre was easy to contact and friendly. The whole experience was super laidback. Thank goodness the sun came out for our last couple of days.

Very nice old little house in rural surroundings. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and new bathroom. Listen between rooms/floors. Nice garden and patio. Very clean and tidy.

The house is incredibly beautiful and we would have liked to have spent more time in it. And the surroundings are simply great. Johanne and Ingvald are very likeable hosts and gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!
