The house is 12 sqm in floor area. Simple cooking is possible and a store is just around the corner. With all the city's restaurants just outside. The fish market is 500 m away. It is possible to leave the luggage under the roof in a locked backyard in case of early arrival. Outdoor sofa under glass roof with heaters. About the same distance to Lille Lungeårdsvann, Byparken and the festival area. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
