The amenities of the house were quite sufficient, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The equipment in the house is sufficient. A clean, tidy, peaceful place. A suitable place to rest your head. There is a sea view from a distance, but the sunset creates a super view from behind the pool and the olive tree in the garden. The pool's purification system probably makes a small rhythmic sound. It attracts attention because there is not much noise around. The host told us about the closing method, but we didn't close it. A great place to stay away from the city rush of Izmir.

Everything was as described and as seen in the photos. Mr. Ozan and his family were very kind and sincere people. We are very satisfied, we recommend it.

Thank you Mr. Umut We had a nice vacation. We found the house comfortable. We didn't have any problems with cleaning. The best feature of the house was that all rooms had air conditioning. It's definitely a great event for the summer. The backyard and front balcony were sufficient to sit. It was 12 minutes by car to the center. We did not have any problems in transportation because we went by car. It was within walking distance to the beach. It was an environment where you could have a pleasant time with group friends.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

I would like to share with you my enjoyable experience in Urla. During this time, we stayed at Ru Cottage House. There is a keyless encrypted entrance at home. Before we arrived, he informed and helped us with many issues such as encrypted entrances, location for transportation, parking advice and use of the common area terrace. There were well thought-out details such as toothbrush/paste/fiber in the small package prepared for the guests, and most of the items you might need in the kitchen. The house is in an old but safe neighborhood. It was very easy to walk to the art street and to reach the main road by car. We did not encounter any problems. Even if there were shortcomings that caught our eye at home, it allowed us to continue our holiday without compromising our enjoyment and comfort. We had access to the terrace, which is a common area. I recommend you to have coffee in this area with a view of the sea and the islands. It's a place I'll definitely choose for my next Urla holiday. Mrs. Ayşe and Mr. Yılmaz were warm and friendly while being serious about hosting. I stayed with my mother, siblings and cousin. We felt like we were at home. Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The cleanliness of the house and the amenities it offered were quite good; everything we might need during our holiday was available at home. In terms of location, there are many cafes, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity; it is also a great advantage that it is close to the tram stop for those who do not have a vehicle. The only difficulty is that it can be difficult to find a parking space from time to time due to the structure of the area. But other than that, everything was perfect. Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All utensils and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is large, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.
