It offers a unique holiday experience with a detached garden, barbecue, stone oven and a veranda surrounded by greenery. It is 25 minutes to Çeşme, 10 minutes to Urla, 15 minutes to Seferihisar, and 15 minutes to the city centre and shopping centres. The finest restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our house is located in Güzelbahçe, one of the most beautiful districts of Izmir. Our centrally located house is 550 meters from the nearest market, a 7-minute walk. It is 100 meters from the bus stops. Çeşme center is 56 km and 38 minutes away. Alaçatı center is 54 km and 36 minutes away. Seferihisar is 36 km and 29 minutes away. There is a beach close to our house where you can swim. We attach great importance to cleanliness, so we do not accept guests traveling with pets. It is registered by the Ministry of Tourism.

There is a small and calm dog that weighs about 4kg of their own. The dog stays completely in his own private area and does not enter the guest use area.
