Holiday rentals with beach access in Güzelbahçe

The house was sparkling clean. All the items were sufficient.

Ceyda was a great host and a very good friend to me. I guess I can start by saying that. I never imagined that my soul would match so beautifully with the soul of someone I didn't know in such a short time. Every detail in the house was carefully thought out and placed, creating a wonderful integrity. Everything smelled so good! This is really important to me:) There is nothing missing at home, it is clean, peaceful. Starting the day with espresso, continuing with yoga in the garden, being able to swim in the sea immediately thanks to its great location, everything was great! Ceyda is a wonderful person who turns the holiday into a dream that you will never want to end with her suggestions before you leave, the directions she continues to make during the stay, her pleasure, sincerity, interest and smiling face. We even added decorative touches to the walls for the new guests of Nunu House, and I believe we have left very beautiful memories for each other. This house, which is very difficult to leave, will remind me to stay in Akış!

the house is very clean and all the rooms are very useful , there are no tools that do not work, everything is very new and easy to use. the location of the house is nice, you can easily go to the desired places, it is quiet and nice in terms of privacy. the host, Mr. Gunhan, was kind and helpful , and I was curious about the fact that there were sun loungers, so they bought 2 of the most beautiful sun loungers the next day, thank you. i wish you the satisfaction of those who will go

We stayed for 2 nights and we were very pleased. It was very clean and had a very nice location. Ms. Gülcan, the host, was very good and very helpful. She was very friendly and met all our needs. We were very pleased. We will go again.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The fact that it is far from the center makes it difficult to get there by bus. It was a really nice and peaceful place for someone with a car. Ms. Ipek was very interested. We didn't answer any questions. It was also really clean and nice about the house. Everything was as promised. Also, it was very pleasant to go out in the evening and walk by the beach, it has a calm and beautiful environment. Thank you.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 large rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, where 2 couples could easily stay, with their own toilet and bathroom. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

First of all, Nina…. she may be the sweetest dog I've ever seen… we hardly left her… The house is great, especially the patio is very enjoyable. All the amenities are available inside, we didn't even go out for a few evenings, we just sat and enjoyed. The projection in the bedroom is a very nice idea, it creates a great ambiance. I have no other comments to make, we will meet again in July :) We are pleased to know that Mr. Ali's communication is very good, and we are glad that we chose this place.

A house with a garden that will not be less comfortable than your home and where you have all your basic needs. The garden is especially suitable for children. The Internet is extremely fast, which is an important plus for those who have to work from home.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
