Our house is located in Güzelbahçe, one of the most beautiful districts of Izmir. Our centrally located house is 550 meters from the nearest market, a 7-minute walk. It is 100 meters from the bus stops. Çeşme center is 56 km and 38 minutes away. Alaçatı center is 54 km and 36 minutes away. Seferihisar is 36 km and 29 minutes away. There is a beach close to our house where you can swim. We attach great importance to cleanliness, so we do not accept guests traveling with pets. It is registered by the Ministry of Tourism.

The mansion is 24 km (17-18 minutes) away, and Çeşme is 55 km (30 minutes) away. We kindly ask you to smoke in the kitchen or only in the living room when the windows are open in the house, and not to smoke upstairs.
