Our house is located in the middle of the Walgau between the cities of Feldkirch and Bludenz on a high plateau at 920m. The village of Gurtis is a popular starting point for mountain hikes, mountain biking and recreational walks through the forests. Signposted cycling network from Lake Constance to Montafon. Excursions to neighbouring Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance and Lindau are always an experience. Within 15 km there is a climbing garden, adventure pool and bathing lakes.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.
