Both are exclusively for your use. 🏡 Privacy & Space You'll have the entire upper floor to yourselves – your private area includes all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The ground floor remains empty and is not shared, but you can use the shower bathroom downstairs if desired. The house and the garden is not shared with other guests – enjoy peace, privacy, and space all to yourselves.

Berghof Latzer

Our house is located in the middle of the Walgau between the cities of Feldkirch and Bludenz on a high plateau at 920m. The village of Gurtis is a popular starting point for mountain hikes, mountain biking and recreational walks through the forests. Signposted cycling network from Lake Constance to Montafon. Excursions to neighbouring Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance and Lindau are always an experience. Within 15 km there is a climbing garden, adventure pool and bathing lakes.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

3Chalets: feel-good luxury in the Brandnertal - chalet 2

Chalet 2 can accommodate up to four people. It has a living room with fireplace, a dining area with adjoining terrace, fully equipped kitchen, ski room, outdoor sauna with outdoor relaxation area. An electric vehicle can be charged in the carport. All areas of the chalet are exclusively available to our guests of Chalet 2. There is free WiFi and 2 TVs with satellite reception and access to streaming offers (use own codes).
