The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

Cozy apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Fleckalmbahn. A few minutes' walk to the cross-country ski trail/golf course and 2 km to Schwarzsee. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with box spring bed 180x200 and an additional bed 160x200. In the living room there is possibility of a pull-out sofa bed for 1 person. The 3 floors of the apartment are reached by a spiral staircase.
