🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

Very good connection to Cologne and Bergisch Gladbach by bus/train (every 20 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes' drive). Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offers are quickly accessible on foot or by car. The Kletterwald K1 climbing forest is within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment is located at the Zeppelinstreet in the quiet mansion district of Gummersbach. 3min to the city centre (where you can find shopping possibilities, restaurants, cinemas and bars) by foot, 2 min away from the nature and 5 min to the highway (Cologne aprox. 25 min "Köln fare visitor" by car). The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Wir liegen ganz ruhig und idyllisch am Stadtrand von Hückeswagen/Remscheid-Lennep, in einer Anliegerstrasse, direkt am Wald. Bettwäsche, Handttücher und eine sehr gute Grundausstattung sind selbstverstädnlich. Der bergische Panoramasteig für die Wanderer befindet sich gleich vor der Haustüre, sowie die Zu,- und Abfahrt zum bergischen Panorama Radweg. Haustiere können nach Absprache und gegen Gebühr (10 Euro/ Nacht/Tier) sehr gerne mitgebracht werden.

With a separate entrance and parking, you will find your peace and relaxation in a bright and quiet atmosphere. A terrace, a conservatory and a sauna (bookable separately) are also part of the lovingly furnished apartment. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive, while the center of Cologne is a 30-minute drive.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

In the living room you can find a kitchen, a working space, a couch for relaxing and a bed size 140 x 200 cm. The accessible bathroom with day light has got a shower, WC, basin and washing machine.

In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people).
