We rent this beautiful in-law (approx. 60 m2) with separate entrance and direct access to nature in the Sauerland. The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 more guests. Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

Landhaus Purd

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

Bright, beautiful apartment in Gummersbach. Features a double bedroom (approx. 1.50 wide) for 2 people, a large living room with a couch and a sofa bed for 2 people. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. NO kitchen, but dishes, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster and a microwave with grill. Free parking, by arrangement on the property or in front of it.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
