Where the very spacious living room is now located, a few years ago the bales of hay and straw and the meter-long ash fruit ladders were displayed against the oak clusters. The Loft is 110 m2 and is located on the outskirts of the village of 's-Gravenvoeren.

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you unobstructed views of the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.
