The Hoge Huis Cottessen

The Hoge Huis consists of two holiday homes: one for 4 people, called The Farmhouse, and one for 6 people, called ’t Hooge Huys which can also be rented jointly for up to 10 people. This part of the carré-hoeve was built in the 16th century. Beautifully restored, authentic, cozy, in the hilly landscape that is part of the Geuldal and because the Natura 2000 area is the highest European protection status. Gulpen, Valkenburg, Vaals, Aachen and Maastricht are a short distance away. Unique!

The apartment is in the converted marl barn, behind our house. The apartment has its own garden. It is a sustainable apartment with heat pump and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a covered bicycle shed. Ingber is located in the heart of the Heuvelland, with hiking and biking trails. At 200 meters away, you can take the bus to Maastricht or Aachen. Our animals (dog, cat, horses, donkeys, chickens and a rooster) welcome you. Pets are therefore not welcome.

This cozy house is in the middle of the village of Mechelen, between the liveliness of the terraces and restaurants, but with the tranquility of the Geuldal around the corner. The building is part of a 17th-century carré farmhouse. In 2023, it was completely renovated, in which many authentic elements were restored.
