Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

'Rosebud' is located in the Surrey semi-rural village of Tongham, within walking distance of the local pub and shopping parade. A further walk will take you into the quaint village of Seale. The Hogs Back Brewery is just up the road from our cottage. The tour of the brewery is a must for all beer lovers! Farnham and Guildford are within easy reach by car. You can be in central London within the hour by train. Ideal for business travellers, visiting relatives or attending a wedding.

Proper flushing loo in hut, walk in thermostatic shower and sink in an adjacent shed. Meet/feed our chickens, collect fresh eggs if available (small charge!). Fully insulated/doubleglazed, thermostat controlled heating, hot/cold running water, electric kettle, toaster, 240v mains, tv, dvd, fridge freezer, camp cooker, free WiFi, outside dining, barbie, firepit Slippers advised, floor can be a bit cold in winter. The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a conversion / re-build of Lockhurst Hatch Farm's original milking parlour. Newly completed in 2018, it's set just off the farm-yard and has a beautiful wooded aspect to the rear. Meticulous attention to detail to create a contemporary living space that still retains its rustic imprint.
