Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guidonia Montecelio

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us lots of little tips to make our stay go smoothly. The space was spacious and spotless . The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the property as well as a large supermarket . It's very convenient .

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

A good day starts in the morning: although the check-in was automatic, Paolo rushed to meet us to help us with our luggage under a storm. Thanks for the hospitality. The house is extremely spacious, it could be used without problems even by larger groups. Nothing is missing and with Paolo's directions we also solved the parking problem of our second car.

It was a pleasure staying at this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome for five nights. The location is fantastic – a truly nice and quiet area, yet with the convenience of excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed Fratelli Rossetti, a wonderful recommendation from Antonella! Getting around Rome from here was a breeze. We found it easy to reach all the major sights by bus or Metro, not to mention the Vatican City which was within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a nice meal or simply relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host, Antonella, is exceptional. She proactively provided us with a wealth of helpful tips, which truly enhanced our stay in Rome. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Alessandra's place is in a wonderful neighborhood for seeing the sites in Rome. With a cafe across the street and good restaurants nearby, it was very convenient. Walkable to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. One great thing, is that the apartment faces the courtyard so no street noise so it was quiet even though it was on a busy pedestrian street. I recommend it.

Apartment as per listing in every way. Nedim was very responsive and attentive to my requests and questions. Very good location close to the metro to get to the center of Rome quickly. A little noisy environment but it's normal for a city center. Thanks to Alissa and her mom for their warm welcome.

Absolutely everything was amazing! Alessandra is an amazing host with so much love and knowledge of her apartment and the city. She made us all feel at home straight away before we even stepped inside. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Very nice place, I would absolutely stay there again. Plenty of amenities, much quieter than central Rome. Good coffee shop and restaurant across the road.

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

Celeste was a charming and attentive host. The accommodation is very well located, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and has suited our needs. there was a thrifty and a fine-hole strainer, in addition to efficient kitchen knives. There were infusions and ground coffee for Italian coffee makers. The bathroom is also comfortable and there were all the products like soap, shampoo, moisturizer in a nice container. For the sensitive: the curtains on the windows are not opaque but it suits us. During our stay, we could hear a little from the neighbors. The atmosphere of the place suited us very well.

Mara was an incredibly gracious host who accommodated our late check out and made it feel like home. She was very responsive and went as far to make a reservation for us on our first night there. The place was clean and she gave a full tour. The place had two balconies perfect to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. The place is walking distance to the Tram 8 which takes you to Trastevere, a foodies dream location, and the metro down a few streets. There are little markets all around for fruit and snacks if you need. A great place to stay that is away from the tourism hustle and bustle but close enough you don't waste time commuting to any and all the sights. Would 100% stay here again.

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

Super location - lots of fabulous restaurants within a 10 minute walk. 1 block from Santa Maria Maggiore. Close to train station. Very nice 1-bedroom apartment. Host met us - let us in and explained apartment and surroundings. Very easy to communicate with.
