Superb, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The place is quiet and carefully decorated. The host is extremely kind, welcoming and available. A great stay, highly recommend.

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

We were very nicely received by Mira, who explained and showed us everything important. There is a private garage. The apartment is super clean, super large. Also a very large terrace with the possibility to book the Jacuzzi. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The coffee was super delicious. Stefania was quick to reach and was able to answer all questions. Our highlights: Large shopping centre directly opposite, bus stop in front of the door (in 50 minutes for €1.50 by bus/train to Rome) great restaurant right next door QB Bracceria we can recommend. We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Very cozy, clean, well furnished and equipped accommodation. It is located in a quiet residential area. Not far away, there are supermarkets, pizzerias, clubs, the Talenti market open every morning until 2.00 pm where you can buy fruit, vegetables, delicatessen products and much more. I was in the car and to go to the centre of Rome I left it at the Rebibbia car park from where the metro line B starts. Chiara was very helpful and efficient. I felt right at home.

Great apartment, and easy to walk to a lot of the neighborhood restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner!

The accommodation is away from the hustle and bustle and can be reached by public transport, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Everything is well organized. Communication with the host was clear and very pleasant. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Host was fast at responding and really helpful! Allowing us extra time for checkout and providing a list of suggestions about the local area. Room was great, Cosy felt at home with a great view over Roma!

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s place. We arrived much earlier than expected, and he kindly adjusted to our schedule so we didn’t have to wait around, such a thoughtful host! The apartment was beautifully put together, spacious, and exactly as described, with great ventilation and all the listed amenities. We especially appreciated the welcome package and the local recommendations—Fabrizio suggested places we actually visited and truly enjoyed. This stay added so much to our experience in Rome, and we’ll definitely be booking here again on our next visit! Thank you!

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

An unforgettable Roman stay with unbeatable views! This apartment was such a hidden gem! The location couldn’t be more perfect just steps away from the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, and so many must see sights. Waking up to the views of ancient Rome from the balcony felt unreal ! Francesca was incredibly accommodating, helping with flexible check-in and offering useful info about the area. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and full of charm a great mix of historic character and modern comfort. We especially appreciated the strong WiFi, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Rome and want to feel immersed in its beauty and history, this is the spot!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Conveniently located close to Fiumicino airport. Easy parking and spacious rooms.

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
