La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

Nulla da dire, casa perfetta. La casa dispone di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e per qualsiasi cosa sono super gentilissimi e disponibili.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

O apartamento superou nossas expectativas. Confortável, prático, muito limpo. Condomínio top, tudo perfeito! Cozinha completa, com muitos ítens de café da manhã. Estacionamento próprio, com segurança. O anfitrião Andrea muito gentil e atencioso. Podemos indicar esse espaço com muita convicção! Grazie per tutti!!!

Just out of Tivoli is the magical town of Tivoli, and in the ancient walls is an exceptional apartment. Private, secure, serene, and spotlessly clean it has a spacious main bedroom with magnificent views. A complete living area, well equipped kitchen, cosy second bedroom, washing machine. Everything is ordered and immaculate. Outside a private patio looking out over the Aniene River valley, about 100 m deep. No traffic, so quiet. An easy walk to the train station to go into Rome but during our three weeks stay we only went once, there is so much in Tivoli. Our hosts Armando and Alessandra went well above and beyond to ensure our stay was well catered for. That personal stay wins out every time.

Alloggio molto accogliente, pulito, ben arredato ed accessoriato. E' situato in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Poco distante ci sono supermercati, pizzerie, locali, il mercato Talenti aperto ogni mattina fino alle 14.00 dove si può acquistare frutta, verdura, prodotti di gastronomia e molto altro. Ero in auto e per andare in centro Roma l'ho lasciata al parcheggio Rebibbia da dove parte la metropolitana linea B. Chiara è stata molto disponibile ed efficiente. Mi sono sentita come a casa.

L'appartamento di Andrea è molto accogliente, arredato con gusto e ricco di soluzioni interessanti. In pieno centro a un passo dal parco gregoriano e a due passi da villa d'este. Pur essendo così centrale è silenziosissimo. Inoltre Andrea ci ha accolti di persona con molta gentilezza, cosa che fa sempre piacere

Alloggio pulito e confortevole, indicato per le nostre esigenze. Simone è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile

Le logement proposé est exactement pareil que sur les photos même mieux endroit très propre et extrêmement paisible un vrai havre de paix. Nous avons adorer notre séjour à Tivoli petite ville toute mignonne on a pu trouver facilement des restaurants qui propose de la cuisine sans gluten ainsi qu’une boulangerie l’hôte nous avais donner quelques adresses Je remercie l’hôte pour son accueil ces conseils et ces petites adresses 🥰 ce fût un réel plaisir de séjourner chez vous .

Avendo l'auto abbiamo alloggiato a Tivoli terme per visitare Roma, ed è stata un'ottima scelta. Micaela ci ha consigliato di lasciare l'auto a Rebibbia e da lì ci siamo spostati dentro Roma. L'alloggio è comodo, pulito e in un contesto molto tranquillo. Corrisponde pienamente alle aspettative di foto e descrizione. molto consigliato.

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! Loredana & Renato were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome — giving us a warm check-in, showing us around the apartment, and sharing plenty of helpful tips to get around Rome like a local. Their hospitality and kindness made a real difference in our stay. The apartment itself is a gem — cozy, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to smart layout and calming colors that make you feel instantly at home. The location is just perfect — in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with a metro station only 7 minutes walk away. Within 20 minutes, you're standing right in front of the Colosseum! Many other iconic attractions are also easily reachable, making it a great base to explore Rome. We had a wonderful experience and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

UM APARTAMENTO MUITO ACONCHEGANTE, SILENCIOSO E FUNCIONAL. É BEM LOCALIZADO, SENDO POSSÍVEL IR A PÉ ATÉ A ESTAÇÃO DE TREM, SUPERMERCADO E VILLA D'ESTE. OS ANFITRIÕES SÃO EDUCADÍSSIMOS E ATENCIOSOS. A ENTRADA NO APARTAMENTO FOI MUITO FÁCIL, O MARIDO DE CLÁUDIA VEIO ME RECEBER TÃO LOGO OS AVISEI QUE TINHA CHEGADO. O ÚNICO INCONVENIENTE É A FALTA DE UMA MÁQUINA DE LAVAR ROUPA, MAS PARA UMA ESTADIA MAIS CURTA NÃO É UM PROBLEMA.

Je recommande ce logement car il est spacieux . Les cours extérieures sont relaxantes, les espaces intérieurs sont grands et confortables, il y a deux salles de bain complètes , tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas, bref, tout est parfait !

Aldo fera parti de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome. Depuis que j'utilise Airbnb, c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre un hôte aussi exceptionnel. Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils

Alloggio molto carino, nuovo, pulito e con un bel patio che ti permette di stare all’aperto… Si trova all interno di un golf club per cui tutto molto tranquillo ed il parcheggio protetto dai cancelli che ad una certa ora vengono chiusi (ma è prevista comunque entrata ed uscita con chiave) Lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi Fantastico se devi andare come noi agli studi Mediaset Titanus

It was more than I expected! Cecilia is very kind, even we did not met personally. We came very early because of flight changed, we was welcomed and brought our luggage about 4 hours before the accomodation time and went to walk in the city. The plase was clean, very comfortable and bigger than expected, with everything set for our vacation. Our favourite place was the huge balcony with shade at the afternoon when it was really Hot outside— our favourite place to chill after walking and visiting the objects of Roma. If we come back in Roma someday you can guess where we want to stay 😉!
