My accommodation is well suited for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children). At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

The city of Heilbronn (15 km), located on the Neckar, also invites you to linger with its many excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
