Excellent house, very well located near the white beach, which is a beautiful and family beach. The house is beautiful, cozy very good space for cooking and sharing. Fede excellent communication

Very nice place, however it is about a 45 minute walk from the sea. The road leading to the property is in very poor condition. I recommend a four-wheel drive car. The beach nearby is beautiful and Tamarindo is about 20 minutes away by car or Uber.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

My stay at Jessica's place was fantastic from start to finish. Everything is very well done on the inside, beautiful landscaping, and the pool is a treat! I especially appreciated the kitchen amenities of great appliances, and nice dishes. Seems that a lot of thought went into preparing this space for guests. I was so comfortable there and look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything you need and was extremely clean and well maintained. The beautiful nature in the area immediately delighted us, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired and had everything you need for cooking. Also the decor of the house was tasteful and cozy, so we immediately felt at home. A big thank you to the host who was very helpful and friendly.

We only stayed one night but we had a great time! Definitely recommend cafe and macadamia for food and Tia Marilena for an amazing massage. The brewery down the street was also nice. It rained a lot during our stay and the wind and rain were loud hitting the container. The key lock did stick which was annoying since it was pouring rain but overall we had a nice one night stay.

The location is walking distance to the grocery store, city center and beach. The neighborhood is safe and away from the crowd. Parking space is available. We enjoyed the bbq for prepping meals. The pool is fabulous. Tip #1: Go have lunch at Chaki Café, the girls are incredibly friendly and the food is fresh and amazing. Tip #2: For grocery shopping go to Super China Samara. Tip #3: Gusto Beach, you get a chair and an umbrella if you spend a minimum of $20. It’s well worth it. Try the ginger limonade.

This place was amazing. We loved staying here. A chorus of howler monkeys every morning. Clean and comfortable tiny home. Great shower pressure. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more. There is a bar/restaurant a few hundred meters away and a supermarket 15 minutes walk. It is further from the beach but not a problem if you have a vehicle. We enjoyed the quiet away from the main hub.

A quiet and pleasant area to rest, the children had a lot of fun in the patio that is quite spacious and loved a sculpture of the lapa that is located at the entrance of the accommodation🥰, Doña Teresita is a very friendly and charming person 🫶

Absolutely breathtaking!! Thank you for providing the most beautiful abode tucked inside the jungle. This place truly embodies the Pura Vida life of which is Costa Rica. This home is built within, and among its surroundings. It’s almost as if it grew out of the foliage. We rented a quad of which helped us to get to places such as the grocery store for a larger shop. But if only on foot, you can walk anywhere you need to. We cooked all of our meals with the exception of a few lunches at home. This place had everything you need to both cook and store leftovers. Everything single thing was well thought out within this space. My boyfriend and I went down for surf, yoga and soul restoration trip and this place served as a major part of the restoration for us! This place has a fully equipped kitchen, all up to date appliances. It is incredibly peaceful throughout the entire day! When we return next year, we will definitely being staying here! Great cozy space to stay for a few days. Loved the private access to the beach- walk through a gate, follow a short trail and you are at the beach! Lost water a few times during our stay but there is no much construction happening in Nosara that I think it is affecting all homes. A microwave would be a great addition to the space! We enjoyed a short stay and would return.

We really enjoyed staying here! There was a family of monkeys living in the trees behind us, which was a treat for our daughter. It felt like we were in the jungle! We felt very safe and had lots of privacy. Walkable to restaurants and a small market, as well as the beach. Also, it’s close to some other great areas, like Flamingo and Brasilito, which are only a short drive away. If you go to Brasilito, we recommend eating at Patagonia Del Mar. The food was fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again.
