Holiday rentals with a kayak in Guanacaste Province

There is so much to do in the area and yet Oscar’s place is just so comfortable that we were equally happy just watching the world go by from the comfort of his well-appointed lower and upper decks!

What a peaceful and relaxing few days away from the city. I had my mum and aunt visiting me in Costa Rica so we rented this beautiful house for 5 nights. It's always such a nice surprise to rent a home that is so well maintained and equipped. We had everything we needed to make meals, to lounge around the pool and to have restful nights sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pool was amazing and the location can't be beat. The best part for me was that this beautiful home was pet-friendly. The neighbourhood was perfect and safe for walking my god boy Gordie. Another perk is that Gracia Mar Vista, an excellent restaurant with an amazing view, is just a short distance away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and wouldn't change a thing. I highly recommend Alejandro's place.

This was a very unique experience for our large family group. Having a beautiful beach within just a very short walk was the best part. Some amenities within the subdivision but easy to take water taxi over to Tamarindo during the day. Our host was very hospitable and responsive to anything we needed. We were all very happy with our stay.

We just spent 5 nights at Gaby's place. It was amazing. We have been to Costa Rica > 10 times and to the Tamarindo area 3 times. This was our 2nd time in Reserva Conchal. Last time we stayed at the Westin. This time we rented Gaby's place for a family of 10 with 2 other people staying in a condo nearby. The place was much better than the pictures show. It was spotless. The kitchen was super well equipped. The location cannot be beat - it is 2.5 minutes by golf cart to the beach club and beach. Gaby is the best AirBnB host I have ever had. Some examples: she asks you what code you want for the door, she brought a pot that could go in the oven from her home so we could cook a special meal, and we had one small house problem (not her fault) that she had fixed the next day finding someone on Christmas day to fix it. She is super responsive - within 30 minutes and was always willing to help with information. I wish I had more than 1,000 characters because she and the house are that great!

We've stayed at many Airbnbs, and this was by far our favorite. Lovely house, comfortable beds, a great bathroom for each of the bedrooms, fantastic pool with warm water in a great neighbourhood, only steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. We watched the sunsets from our balcony or took the conveniently supplied camp stools to watch from the beach. Some nice restaurants and a small grocery store we could walk to. A short drive from horseback riding, Playa Conchal, the Westin where we got day passes and an hour's drive from Tamarindo where we went shopping. Just as important, our hosts were very responsive to our needs in advance of our trip, and while we were there. Friendly, lovely people. We would definitely come again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great 2 bedrooms, 2 nice big bathrooms, full kitchen, big living room, great outdoor space and pool. Very quiet and comfortable. Out of the way, but that is what we wanted! Will stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at Jessica's home! From the moment we booked, she was so kind, helpful & friendly. Her home is so peaceful along with the community & surroundings. We fell in love with Costa Rica & look forward to returning to stay at Jessica's home. We highly recommend renting from her - it's truly peaceful, relaxing & an all around beautiful experience!

Excellent treatment of Josef and Jubian, very kind, they take care of queries quickly. The place is very comfortable and spacious. I recommend it!!!!

Highly recommended. The cabin is the same as the photos, tidy, neat, the location is good, central in a village. Near several beaches.

Beautiful corner cottage , with view of lake, great place to chill. The place was quiet except for the chirping of birds and couple of big trees on the side of the cottage which was host to lot of beautiful birds. We could use all the facilities of the La Mansion Inn. Airbnb included free breakfast at the inn. Approx 35 min from Arenal volcano, 50 min from La Fortuna where you had everything you need. The town of Neuvo Arenal 15 minutes away also has an ATM, some supermarkets, restaurants etc. . Will definitely recommend.

Very cool spot. The hut was rustic, but as described. You essentially have a private beach just steps from your door, very peaceful during the day. We loved the hammocks and chairs provided. Short drive to nosara, plenty of activities close by if wanted. Unfortunately, the neighborhood dogs and roosters were loud at night during our stay. No fault of the hosts! But we found sleeping a little difficult despite earplugs.
