Holiday rentals with a pool in Guanacaste Province

An excellent accommodation, only the air conditioners in the rooms, remained in poor condition and were left to get them fixed and no technician presented.

This is a fantastic find - really comfortable, spacious and well lit house with a great swimming pool and short walk to town! Tamarindo was the last stop on our Costa Rica trip, so it was wonderful to arrive at a place we could instantly relax in. We have two small kids, and the hosts had the pack n play set up and a baby gate on the stairs all ready - so appreciated! We had a great time relaxing in the house, walking to town and the beach in the mornings and evenings, and spending time during the heat of the day relaxing in the well cooled house and pool. Highly recommend!

Jorge is a very welcoming and very present host. Inside, the property is basic corresponding to the photos The grounds with direct access to Rio Blanco its swimming pool and gazebo is spectacular The location of the villa is perfect for the park, Leona Falls and grocery store! We recommend!

Great stay, place close to quite a few beaches, super private place perfect to relax and rewind. Excellent communication, even allowed us to check out late, which is very much appreciated since we were with a baby.

Strongly recommend this accommodation. The thing that we really loved is that you enter the home, you're still technically outdoors the common living areas are exposed to the sky but the place is nice and private for yourself and your friends. The bedrooms are fully protected which made sleeping very comfortable. It was really nice being able to jump into the pool and then walk around the common areas without having to dry off. Location was perfect. It was a peaceful location but still within walking distance of everything so just left the cars and walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again

Jackie was an amazing host! She is very willing to help with any questions. She was fun to be with and lives close. The beach was beautiful and safe to swim in. We are a group of 4 couples and the space worked well for us. We highly recommend this property and will return.

The property was as described. It is a very nice complex. The multiple pools in the complex were really cool. Would recommend renting this unit without reservation.

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

Slim's condo in Brasilito was the perfect getaway for Mark and I. Everything was outstanding...from the location, cleanliness, and spacious unit. it exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was within walking distance which was perfect as we didn't rent a car. The beach was beautiful and we explored the other beaches close by also. You could not ask for a better host. All of our messages were responded to in a timely manner. We felt very safe and cared for throughout our stay and would highly recommend staying there.

One of the better AirBnB experiences I've had! My group agreed that the condo was even nicer than it looked in pictures, including private interior spaces and pool and common areas. In my group we had two couples and myself, and although I was destined for the sofa bed (at 6'0) I found it to be pretty comfortable.

Beautiful square, well positioned close to the beach and a little away from the noise of the city center. But all this is well done on foot. Beautiful pool too, well maintained.

The location was perfect. Not right in the busy area but very walkable. It is only 2 blocks to the public beach and walk along the beach to almost downtown. The suite was perfect for us. We only had 2 people. With a small bathroom it might be tight for 4 depending on your guests. There is lots of storage though to put things out of the way. The supplies are basic but more than sufficient. Very clean. I would suggest a line to dry things our back A couple tips. If you are sitting outside don’t shut the door all the way or make sure you have a key !!! We locked ourselves out. Ana was quick to respond though and her manager came quickly to let us in. Also be aware the cats around will push the door open if you leave it slightly ajar. They are friendly though but will try to get in. #2 tip when walking downtown there are parts of the main road that are very busy and no side walk so walking on the beach walk or another interior street is good.
