What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Mario's welcome with a good bottle of red wine and local cookies was a great start for a long peaceful week. The house is located in one of the nicest spots in Umbria. We could have stayed there much longer in order to experience all the finest places Umbria has to offer. Tsvi

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. This space is an absolute GEM. A beautiful home with all amenities you’d need to feel taken care of an at peace. I don’t have words for how kind, helpful and accommodating Vittoria was before and during our stay. She is the perfect host. The space is very aesthetically pleasing, full of history and character. Huge spotless bathroom made me feel like a queen. Kitchen, living room and terrace all gorgeous and allowing for quiet, healing time at home in between day trips to all the amazing Umbrian towns and countryside. Vittoria gave us a tour/taste testing of her olive oil making. It was incredibly delicious, interesting, educational and beautiful. We bought a bunch of oil and homemade noodles to fly back with us for family and friends. Thank you so much for this beautiful property to rest at during our travels in Italy. The trails in and out of the olive groves, the grapevines covering the terrace out our back door and your wonderful caring heart, Vittoria, made our stay unforgettable:)

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

The villa was a perfect getaway for our family of six. Leonardo and Luca were super helpful with providing recommendations and accommodations for our stay since we were not walking distance into town. Having a car to drive around would make it much easier to visit nearby towns. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

Between Spello being so charming and the property being so perfectly formed and positioned, my week long stay was wonderful! The full kitchen got a workout (using fabulous local ingredients) and finding some herbs, teabags etc in the pantry was a bonus. The views out the window kept catching my eye - just so peaceful and typically Umbrian. I hope to return one day.

To value this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense of the word. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, convenient for visiting Spoleto and its surroundings. The house has all the necessary comforts and is clean, it also has a large garden and an outdoor terrace with a table where it is pleasant to sit and enjoy the view.
