This is the perfect place for us for our extended stay!

I recently returned for my second stay at this fantastic Airbnb in San Antonio, and I couldn't be happier! Richie is incredibly welcoming and focused on ensuring my stay is perfect. The space itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated, blending comfort with style. I loved the cozy living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after exploring the city. This time we also used the pool which was extremely refreshing. Location-wise, it's perfect. Just a short drive to all the main attractions, yet located in a peaceful neighborhood. You are right on the Riverwalk so it’s super easy to walk to almost all key locations. Overall, my experience was just as great as the first time! I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for another memorable stay!

This is such a beautiful apartment building. It’s super clean and modern, and definitely comfortable. I loved my room and stayed here for 4 nights. During my stay I made most of the apartment amenities and bars and restaurants; all within a 10-15min Uber ride away. Shout out to Ryan from the reception desk who’s a lovely bloke – really appreciated his hospitality and friendly vibes. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. I’d recommend to anyone staying here if they want comfort and convenience. My only slight negative is the road noise from the highway, even at a high floor level it’s still noticeable in the early hours. But then again, I am a light sleeper.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Angela’s place was perfect! Super close to the riverwalk and the lock bridge + much more. Excellent location. Added plus was the bed was super super comfortable. I recommend!

The space was clean and simple with access to the river walk. It was exactly as described. I also loved the fact that even though it was storming and the parking was separate from the building we never got wet as the set up allows you to navigate both without going outside. The host was very aware and prompt on his response time. I would do it again!

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Delores was an amazing host for my parents who are both in their 70’s. They enjoyed the location and all the near by restaurants. Per Delores’s recommendation they are at the near by Leche de Tigre a Peruvian restaurant and said it had some of the best ceviche they ever had! Delores was super responsive when messaged and couldn’t have done anything else to make this a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in San Antonio looking for a great spot in a great neighborhood!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The house was beautiful! The hosts truly thought of everything that you might need and communicated in a very timely manner. We visited lots of things in downtown San Antonio while we were there and the house was a perfect distance from everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house to others!

We’ve stayed at this Airbnb several times now, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The space is always spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. It’s clear that Kelly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome — from the thoughtful touches to the fast communication. The location is perfect for tubing, boating, or a quiet weekend getaway, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!

Came here with a group of 9 and we felt right at home. Laura had thought of everything and we did not go without! The views were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Great location if you're looking to go tubing or to Canyon Lake. Laura was also super responsive and attentive to our needs. Only complaint is that our vacation wasn't long enough! Will absolutely be back again!

This was our sixth stay at one of Cheryl’s river houses, and it was just as wonderful as always! Peaceful mornings on the back porch, watching the wildlife, were the perfect escape. My girls had a blast fishing, and I was able to hop on a Zoom meeting with no Wi-Fi issues at all. We never miss a stop at Jo Momma’s—great burgers and under 10 minutes away. Dinner at TJ’s @ The Old Forge in Bandera was delicious (the white gravy is a must!), and Out of the Way Café remains a favorite. Their breakfasts are amazing, and I’m hooked on the chicken tenders and sandwich. Can’t wait for visit #7!

This vacation home was everything we wanted and more! My friends and I truly enjoyed every single thing. Will 100% book this again next year!

Great home with great views. Not only did the grandkids have a great time in the river, we adults loved it also. We will be back.

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Great place with fantastic location. River access + about a half mile from Schlitterbahn East

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Great spot on the Comal River. Made it easy to float, and quickly get back to the Airbnb. Communication was good, and the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will stay there again in the future.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again

We stayed in Natalie’s place for 5 nights (Sunday-Friday) so my son could attend a camp in NB. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I worked from the apartment while my son was at camp, and I didn’t have any trouble with the internet. The pool and large yard was perfect for children! I expected noise to be an issue because it seemed many others in the complex were there on vacation but we never heard any of the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again next year if Natalie’s place is available!
