Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

Cypress View River Barn

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Casa Alpaca is the ideal getaway for anyone who needs a break from the daily grind of city life. The beautiful property backs up to the Cibolo Creek! More importantly, our alpacas will be your neighbors on the other side of the fence. If you are interested in feeding or meeting them, be sure to let us know so we can pencil you into their busy grazing schedule (ha, ha) during your stay. Casa Alpaca is your place to unwind, reconnect, get inspired or be a little adventurous.

Please note that we truly are in the country, set back into a neighborhood that used to be a cattle ranch! The closest restaurant/gas station/grocery store is 10 minutes or so away.
