Holiday rentals with breakfast in Guadalupe River

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

Loved the coffee bar (with all coffee essentials, a french press, single cup Keurig style maker, and 5 cup coffee pot), extra pillows, full length mirror. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the signs throughout with reminders and minor instructions. Floors were very clean, so in my opinion it is *very* worth it to follow the no-shoes rule; makes the place feel even cozier like you're right at home. The backyard is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning having coffee and breakfast while hearing bird sounds from the trees. Overall, just a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Wild life ranch was absolutely wonderful, the house was very clean and beautiful. Ken gave us a tour around the house he was very helpful and kind. Our kids loved the hot tub and pool we really enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys. The views are awesome nice get away from the fast city life , Thank you Mary and Ken, we will definitely go back.

This home has a very special history and had everything we needed. The house was clean and Carla is a great host. We came down and stayed in Stonewell because we wanted to avoid the chaos that can sometimes be in Fredericksburg. It was close to a vineyard we really wanted to visit and just a really comfortable place

First things first ... such a wonderful host!! I had a few minor situations happen but she was quick to respond and resolve the issue. You need your grass cut, you let her know and her and her Fiance come and take care of it for you!! Secondly... She allowed us to add something to her home! A fire pit! It was an ask and she was approved out ask. We bought and hope future guests enjoy it!! Also bought a few camo chairs also, for future guests to use as well!! This place is so relaxing, and close to lots of local eatery. Also not far from Lockhart which is where my husband and a few of his coworkers were commuting too. I would highly recommend too anyone who is visiting for a relaxing getaway, business. Beds are small but comfortable. Comfy bedding. Cozy couch, you'll slink right into them and cute and comfortable Egg Chairs. If you've come across this review it's because your considering the AirBnB ... Don't skip last it. It's truly a Gem 💎!! We stayed at this spacious, airbnb home for 3 nights while we visited family in town. It is located in an older community that is on a cul-de-sac on a very quiet street. I felt safe staying here. The home is a short 2-3 minute drive to a shopping plaza and the highway. The home is very spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There was plenty to do just at the home. We enjoy the covered patio, the hotub, the airhockey table, and the board games. We only got to stick our feet in the pool as it was too cold for this season. The kitchen is full equipped with all necessary needs for cooking. There is a pantry stocked with goodies as well. The guest welcomed my kids with bottled water and snacks. I didn't have time to replace what we consumed, but we were very grateful for that. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of fresh, clean towels and toiletries. The sink was seperate from the shower and toilet, which was very helpful for a group our size. A great home!

We really enjoyed our visit... love the location on High Street! The house was very comfortable - our new "go-to" for a stay in Comfort!

We really enjoyed staying in her home. Very clean. Perfect location in the country to sit outside and enjoy the scenery with all the trees. The two dogs were fun to pet.

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

All in all, our stay was great. It's a really unique property with fun eclectic amenities. The location was perfect. The historical area was really lovely. It felt like a safe place to stay. Having dedicated and secure parking is real plus! We plan on staying again in the future and exploring the area more.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced place w/ included parking and within walking distance of the Pearl & the River Walk, this is it. An added bonus: no noisy car/motorcycle parades or loud bar music during the late hours. There were low-pitched train whistles from time to time-which was actually quite soothing for us. Other units were above and beside us, but we didn't notice much activity so it felt very private. Lovely to return to this haven after a busy day around town. A/C unit and fans worked well to cool the place down quickly. We didn't mind tidying up at the end of our stay in return for a low cleaning fee-it didn't take long at all. Host responded quickly to messages and kindly allowed an earlier check-in.

We were already in town and needed a place to rest our heads. Mike responded in minutes and set us up with a good night's rest. Place was exactly as described and would definitely stay again. Thanks Mike!

Great location in the middle of downtown. Jennifer was very responsive and had great suggestions for where to eat and what to do while in town. If I ever had questions, she was always willing to help.

This is a very charming cottage located behind the larger house. It feels a bit like a beach cabana, surrounded by a large courtyard with lots of places to sit and talk. The king-size bed is comfy and there is even a small side bedroom which we didn't use. Perhaps the best part was dining at the amazing La Fonda on Main, which is only a block and a half away. Upscale Mexican cuisine with an inviting outside porch for dining. It made for a wonderful evening.

Wonderful people. They made my Christmas for myself and my kids. Warming environment, welcoming, fully accommodating. We shared amazing conversation, great breakfast, I wish I had more time to have spent there!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Square Inn in Wimberley, TX! The location couldn’t be better—just a block off the city square, where you’ll find an amazing selection of restaurants, art galleries, unique shops, and even candy stores. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all that Wimberley has to offer. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the breakfast! Lloyd prepared an incredible spread, including crispy bacon, savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, biscuits with rich, flavorful gravy, and the best grits we’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to start the day. We wholeheartedly recommend Square Inn to anyone visiting Wimberley. The combination of a prime location, clean and cozy accommodations, and an unbeatable breakfast makes this a top-notch choice. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Doug and Jenny were fabulous hosts, down to earth good folks. They did a great job making you feel comfortable in their house. Any future trips to Luckenbach or Fredericksburg will include a stay at the Full Moon Inn if available. The house and all rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Myra is friendly and a gracious host. We stayed 2 days and her breakfast was awesome: buttery scrambled eggs with toast and bacon. There was also fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice. She okays her plan for breakfast with you beforehand in case there is a dietary restriction. She took us on an UTV tour of the property to meet and greet the animals. She brought plenty of carrots for our group to feed the animals. It was fun for everyone. The paddleboats & hot tub were also great. Highly recommend Old 300 Barbecue and Texas Cannon Brewing Company for pizza. We hope to come back again!

Loved our stay at The Riverwalk Inn. I liked that we were on the river, but in a more quiet area. We could easily go find the lovely parts of the river and city, but then go back to a quiet and peaceful room. Walking along the river was beautiful. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. Loved that we had a mini fridge to hold our leftovers, and keep water chilled. The bedding was cozy, and my towels were plush! Would highly recommend staying here.

If I had one word I would say enchanting. Loved the hosts and all the effort they put into making us feel comfortable. The chef turned out a delicious breakfast : blueberry scones, fruit and a casserole that was the best I’ve ever had. The conversation with the other quests added to the ambience. The place is absolutely beautiful , decorated with antiques, the rooms are gorgeous. An experience like no other.
